Helping others is simply splendid. Helping others help others? Nearly as good. Now, helping others help others help others? Alright, it doesn’t qualify Battle for sainthood, but boy do we rock the philanthropic periphery. In helping rebrand CSL Plasma’s existing Z-Rewards donor rewards program, Battle generated the excitement needed to engage donors and inspire them to more frequently donate the plasma necessary to manufacture life-saving treatments. So Battle is saving lives. Right? Hello?
The new brand, iGive Rewards, was extended to a world of touchpoints, among them an Augmented Reality (AR) experience launched from a CSL Plasma app. This allowed donors to engage with branded materials in donation centers to bring an AR experience to life.
